• Company Name and TIN (for business verification and tax identification)
• Full Name of the Authorized Representative
• Professional Email Address
• Mobile/Phone Number
• Business Address (for shipping estimates and regional pricing)
• Selected Product Categories and Procurement Interests

2. Purpose of Collection

Your information is processed solely for:

• Generating and delivering your personalized Request for Quotation (RFQ)
• Verifying business legitimacy for wholesale pricing access
• Establishing a communication channel for procurement inquiries
• Internal analytics to improve our wholesale inventory and pricing models
• Compliance with record-keeping requirements for corporate transparency

3. Information Sharing

Wholesale Dito Store does not sell or rent your data. We only share necessary details with:

• Affiliate Companies - Clickerwayne Group members for logistics planning
• Internal Data Processors - For secure storage and automated email delivery

4. Data Retention

RFQ data is retained for two (2) years for active leads or five (5) years if a transaction follows, in line with BIR requirements. You may request deletion earlier if no transaction has been initiated.
